At a specialised photoshoot of your property, we assist in styling your property to ensure the property is presented in its best light the first time. Professional photographs are known to generate more enquiry and more enquiry leads to a sense of competition between prospective tenants, resulting in more applications and shorter marketing and vacancy periods.

We have a zero-tolerance attitude on rent arrears, monitoring rental payments daily and actioning any arrears on day one with emails, SMS messaging and phone calls.

We have a systemised procedure for rent reviews, lease renewals and routine inspections ensuring all aspects of managing your property are actioned within a timely manner.

We provide monthly disbursements and statements. At the end of the financial year, we collate all information for our landlords and provide them with a streamlined end of financial year statement.
